口コミ評価は高いのですが、それがなぜかよくわからない対応でした。 ・夕食の時間が到着順で融通がきかず、他の旅館もそうだと言い切る（到着は15:30頃だった） ・駐車場が満車になる（他に停めてくると言いながら、スタッフがいなくなる） ・5歳の男の子の浴衣の帯が「ピンク」だったため、別の色にしてほしいとお願いしたが、年配の男性スタッフがしぶしぶ大人用のものを出してきた。 （裏でぶつぶつ文句を言っていたのを妻が見ておりました。） ・食事は「広間または食事処」と記載があったのに、部屋食にされた。（自社ページにはそんなことは書いてなく、るるぶの手違いだから関係ないと言い切る） 食事時間は結果調整をしてもらいましたが、電話のフロント責任者の話し方が、とても高圧的でした。 ・売店のアイスクリームを購入したが、なかなか出てこなかった。はじけるキャンディが入っているはずなのに弾けない。（古いのか？) ・客室内の風呂の入口にすごい段差があり、気を付けないと足をぶつける。 ・布団が「せんべい布団」。 なぜ、高評価なのかがわかりません。 子連れには向いていないのかもしれません。
