The hotel staffs were very nice to direct us to the carpark that we could park at. They were able to communicate in English. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Location is very near to the shopping and food area. Recommended to stay

The staff is friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. The space is spacious and comfortable, and the mattresses are of moderate softness and firmness, giving me a good sleep quality. I highly recommend it to everyone when visiting Matsumoto City.
