The hotel is in the good location to walk 2-3 minutes only from Matsumoto station and opposite to Matsumoto bus terminal where is easy to go any places that you have planned to visit places.
The size of the room quite small but for 1 person, be OK.

Spent a night at Ace Inn Matsumoto, it was super convenient as it was just a short walk from the train station. They received my luggage beforehand and even placed it in my room, which was really helpful. There’s a little table of amenities in the lobby, so you can just grab what you need. Aircon worked well and you can adjust the strength. Breakfast was alright, pretty standard, but does the job. Only bad part was that there was a slight smoke smell in my room, even though it was supposedly Non-Smoking.

Convenient location, 2 min walk from JR Station, easy to go in and leave by JR.
Longer breakfast time until 9:30, cheerful for relaxation trip. I recommended.

Modern and business hotel near the Matsumoto JR station, it is just next door to the station. So far everything is good. Recommend people for short stay.

The hotel is so close to the Matsumoto station, making it super convenient for those that arrive late or need to leave early from the city. The room is nice and clean with the staff being super nice. The breakfast buffet also include good variety of food, so it’s a great place to stay when you’re visiting the city of Matsumoto.

When we entered the hotel, there was a strong smell of food. The reception was extremely respectful and helpful. The hotel room, bed and bathroom were smaller than expected. The television was outdated. I cannot say anything positive about the hotel itself, except for the location and the staff. Even the exterior of the building did not look good.
