This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

It's a very small place. There are few young Japanese people. They are all local middle-aged and elderly people. The hotel staff can hardly speak English, but we can communicate smoothly by gestures. It costs about 50 RMB to take a taxi from the JR station to the hotel. There is no hotel email address when booking through Ctrip. It may also be that the hotel does not have it, so we can't contact the hotel to pick us up. We can only wait for an empty car at the station. When leaving, it is much more convenient to get a free drop-off. There is a drop-off schedule in the picture. Please tell the hotel front desk in advance.

The hotel is nice. The lobby is very grand. The kaiseki cuisine is also very satisfying. Thank you. There are also free drinks, beer, and sake in the afternoon. I will visit this hotel again.

I was able to relax in a beautiful room. I enjoyed so much delicious food that I couldn't finish it all. The large public bath, especially the open-air bath, was also very nice.

The facilities, meals, public bath, and friendly staff are all perfect. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay there again.

This is a large hot spring inn located in the hot spring town of Tamatsukuri Onsen in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. It is about 1 km away from Tamatsukuri Onsen Station. There is a shuttle bus. The room was spacious enough, and had a large window with a view of the hot spring town outside. And the breakfast was great! It was a buffet style where you could enjoy many Shimane specialties, such as seafood bowls and Izumo soba noodles.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Food tastes good and used local. Onsen is also good. I would like to visit there again.

Great staff and atmosphere!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. This was my second stay after last year, and I was very satisfied with the way I was able to refresh myself at the end of my stay.

Since I was given a bed instead of a Japanese-style room, I was able to rest comfortably. I was also pleased that they offered free drinks in the lounge until dinner.

The garden, lobby, and baths all had a sense of openness and the facilities were wonderful.

Dinner was delicious. The hot pot had a variety of flavors and the tomato jelly was also good. The last meal was ochazuke, which was also good. It was a shame that we weren't told about one dish, so we couldn't eat it with sauce and it was bland. It was a shame that we didn't check in in time for the welcome drink, so we couldn't enjoy the local sake. Overall it was good😊

The quality of the hot spring was good, but a centipede appeared in the open-air bath, which caused a bit of a fuss. The welcome drinks were plentiful and the dinner was delicious, so we had a relaxing time. It was great to be able to stay so cheaply.

This was the first time I've had such a disappointing breakfast. I didn't eat dinner because I had it outside. The room was spacious and nice, but all the furniture was disorganized and seemed to have been put together. The sofa was dirty and the cushions kept slipping when you sat on them. It was uncomfortable to sit on, and there was a lot of dust between the seats. The fabric on the seats of the other chairs was worn and frayed. I felt like an unwelcome guest, which was not a pleasant feeling.
