Just next to the train station, very convenient. Also free dinner plus free breakfast.

Matsue universal hotel is a good hotel. It is located nearby train station which is more convenient to transport. I can go to the city closed to hotel. It is comfortable for me to go shopping. Bedroom is good but there is small smell from furniture. It is a big room and service is good. I recommend you to book this hotel, good price, good place and good facilities.

Bad service and not clean

The hotel is right next to the JR station. The price for a twin-bed room is less than 500 yuan and includes breakfast and dinner. I didn’t expect there to be such a cheap hotel in Japan. Matsue is a small town worth visiting again! The night view of Anado Lake is beautiful

The edge of the sofa was torn I can't set an alarm and there's no Wi-Fi.

Reasonably priced Breakfast and dinner are included, and the location is great in front of the station. The oldness is undeniable, but the cost performance is good. I didn't do a large public bath in the hot spring due to the corona sickness, but it's wonderful at this price

Songjiang Station is just outside the door, and the traffic is very convenient. Shimane Prefecture is not very big, and it is very convenient to go to Anlai or Izumo if you start from Matsue Station. Although the room is ordinary, it is economical compared to the price. Although the taste is average, you can have dinner without going out with free meal coupons.

WIFI was not connected

For amenities, go up to the front desk with a flat comb, toothbrush, and razor. The loungewear is a yukata. Slippers are not disposable. There are tea bags for tea, but the teacup is small. The toilet is a washlet. However, WiFi is only available in the lobby and dining room, so you will need to bring your own WiFi. However, it is a good hotel with good soundproofing. I would like to stay here again when I go on a business trip to Matsue.
