Shiraishiya

This was our first trip to the San'in region as a couple, and we decided to stay at this hotel based on word of mouth. I was able to experience the hospitality and concern of all the staff, from welcoming me on arrival to room guidance, meals, evening events, and seeing off on departure, and I was able to spend the best days. In particular, I was very happy that a message card from the new graduate staff who was in charge of serving the dinner was quietly placed on the dashboard of the car. If I have the opportunity to travel to the area again next time, I would like to use the Shiraishi family again.

This is my second time staying at Shiraishi family. I was able to enjoy it. From the time we arrived until the time we left, I was able to feel the hospitality of the employees. From greetings to responses, the attitude of valuing customers was overflowing. The food was delicious and the room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The bath was also comfortable. I tend to want to enjoy various inns, but this inn makes me want to come back again.

There was a review comment that "I can't find any flaws at all", but I completely agree. Mr. Nakai (he called himself Mr. Matsudo), who was in charge of our dinner, was very kind to us. thank you very much. The attached photo is her portrait drawn on the coaster. In addition, I couldn't confirm the name, so I can't introduce it here, but after leaving the car key with the person who met me at the driveway, the next morning after checking out, the car was brought to the front of the hotel entrance. All the staff, including the person who handed me the key in front of the hotel, treated me very pleasantly. The room, bathroom, and food were all wonderful. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I agree with the reviewer who wrote, "I can't find any fault with it at all". The nakai (a female staff who serve customers inns and Japanese restaurants) who took care of our dinner (she said her name was Ms. Matsudo) took very good care of us. Great in everything. Can't find any flaws at all. The customer service, food, and bath (cypress) were all good. There was a description on another travel site that the room was old and unsatisfactory, but it was cleaned properly and I didn't mind at all. Best place to stay in recent times

Fairies dwell in flower arrangements everywhere. Feel a fairy tale in the open-air bath with light rain, and become a fetus immersed in amniotic fluid in the cypress bath. A lot of hospitality that makes you have such an illusion... I even think it's a waste for me. It is precisely because of this era that heartfelt true hospitality permeates the mind and body. Customer service + food + bath = everything is perfect. I am glad that I was born in this country. I would like you to experience it. It is the result of daily efforts without shadows and sunshine of the landlady and employees who support the local area and ryokan. I can only thank you.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in recently. It's been a long time since I was shown around the room and made tea by Ms. Sudo. Mr. Sudo was a trainee, but I was very impressed with how hard he worked. When I asked about where to go the next day, I was really taken care of by checking it out properly. After breakfast, the words "Please have a nice day ..." were also very pleasant.

I wanted to visit Tamatsukuri Onsen for the first time in a long time, so I was taken care of by this inn. The hot water in the bath is just right and it is the best for taking a long bath. The main dishes are dishes that make use of local ingredients, and the taste and volume are satisfying. I would like to thank the staff in charge of the guest rooms for their kindness.

I thought I'd like to stay once because it has a good reputation, but it was as good as the reputation or even more. First of all, it is different from the reception. The eyes of the employees are smiling really gently. I really understand that you are coming from the bottom of my heart, and it is the same when I go out, and my family was surprised. It was a warm feeling while keeping a good distance from the staff in charge. The equipment such as the colored yukata has been carefully selected, and the flowers in the room are gentle and cute, and I was healed. There were plenty of pamphlets about the surrounding area in the room, which was convenient. There are not many baths, but everyone from small children to the elderly can safely enter. I liked the smell of the cypress bath. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was more satisfying than any other buffet I have eaten in Japan or abroad. The french toast was like a famous store and was the best. It was an inn where you can heal not only the hot springs but also the people, and it was an inn that definitely made me want to go again.

We stayed here as a guesthouse for a visit to Izumo Taisha Shrine. We were worried about the room and the food because we used a discount plan for a standard Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats. The lighting on the veranda was broken and the room felt old, but it was spacious (12 tatami mats) and well-cleaned, so we had a comfortable stay. The colorful yukata worn by the women was very popular. As for the food, the abalone steak for dinner was fresh, and the Okuizumo pork and soy milk hotpot was sweet and delicious. We also enjoyed the Shiraishi family's special Egao pudding. The Hirano soy sauce for sashimi was excellent. Breakfast started with clam curry and clam soup, followed by French toast and sweet red bean soup, which was enjoyed by those with a sweet tooth. The waitresses and other staff were very welcoming and we had a pleasant stay.
