住過各個地區的東橫 這家東橫inn整體感覺很不錯
離京成 JR車站非常近 電車去東京 上野等中心地區非常便捷 周邊商業配套全面 商超 飲食店等等都非常近 可步行前往 酒店服務到位 貌似有懂中文的服務人員 早餐每日都有不同菜品

松戸駅からはすぐ近くでいい場所にあるのですが、行き方がちょっと分かりにくかったです。チェックイン前に荷物を預けていましたが、その荷物はフロント預かりで部屋に入れてくれることまではしてくれませんでした。部屋の窓が少し隙間が空いていて寒かったです。ペットは広くてとても良かったです。お風呂は浅くて広い浴槽でした。朝食会場も広さは充分で美味しかったです。

1名のフロントの接客が最悪でした。しかもチェックイン時に・・・。
駐車場の件で話をしした時に高圧的な態度は人としてどうかと思う。
本人に自覚がないことが問題。宿泊の私が初見なのにそう思うと言うことは今までに何人もの方が思ってると思う。
なので2泊しましたがあまりいいホテルではないです。
1名のマイナス評価で他のすごくいい評価があっても総合評価はマイナスになります。
接客をし直した方がいい。お客様は友達でもなんでもないので・・・。なにか勘違いをして馴れ合いの接客になっていると思います。
仲のいい宿泊のかた（常連客かな）との話しの仕方を見ていてもフロントで話しをする仕方ではない。
正月であっても朝食は普通でいいです。おせちの料理はいらないです。もし出すなら普通の料理とおせちの料理を出してください。食べるものがなかったので吉野家に行きました。
