Everything was really great, very nice room, excellent food, wonderful spa area, great people. The hotel is amazing. Just window between bathroom and bedroom is not good idea, but that is bagatelle. Wood everywhere is perfect. Thank you for everything.

A really fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and they do all they can to you. We were the only English people there and were made to feel incredibly welcome. The whole hotel and bedroom were spotlessly clean and all requests for extra blankets etc were dealt with very quickly. The restaurant and the food was superb and they were so accommodating to our very fussy children. On New Years Eve with a full restaurant they went above and beyond to make dinner for them and our seven course meal was delicious. The spa and swimming area is also beautifully clean, very welcoming to having children there and such a relaxing and calm space. Overall we only have positive comments about this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to all the staff for such a fantastic stay we had such a great time!

We have spent 2 nights at the Naturhotel Outside, it was a great pleasure. We had a spacious room with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was very good, dinner very sophisticated menu, however you can always order schweinfilet, frites and spaghetti. Pool, sunbeds, sauna were always available. You have pond with c cold water in the garden. Gym always opened. Highly recommended!

Can safely recommend this hotel. Very good food, good selection for breakfast and absolutely outstanding service. Looking forward to using the hotel again. Also Matrei is a hidden ski treasure that I will give 8 out of 10.

The hotel is in a great location within Matrei and the friendly staff is very helpful. We booked the family room, which was excellent. The highlight of the experience however, was the awesome spa facility and the outstanding, creative and innovative dinner meals. The dinner was a four course meal that was prepared by very creative and passionate kitchen staff.

Centrally located in the center of Matrei. Nice modern rooms, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Every evening we were pleasantly surprised with an excellent 6 course dinner. Beautiful wellness. Enjoyed a very relaxing massage.

Although we didn’t stay here, we ate at the restaurant twice. Once we ate outside and once inside. The staff are fantastic and we always felt that there was excellent attention to our needs and various dietary restrictions. The food presentation was beautiful, and the taste was wonderful. We enjoyed every bite. Vegetarian and vegans will have many choices, all of which are beautifully prepared. There is also a nice salad bar, which is unusual in Europe.

Das Hotel ist schön, wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit vollständig renoviert. Die Zimmer sind vergleichsweise klein (wir hatten nicht die unterste Kategorie gebucht). Der Wellness-Bereich ist modern, das Schwimmbad eher klein. Die Küche ist ambitioniert. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Das Skigebiet mittelgroß, die Pistenpflege hervorragend, die Pisten durchaus anspruchsvoll. Das Personal - in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Restaurant, Wellness, Housekeeping) - ist wunderbar. Ein wirklich gutes 4Sterne-Haus.
