Very disappointed with the quality of the apartment and service. The furnishing in the apartment (especially the lounge) appeared to be well-used verging on tatty compared to the images published. I was very surprised by the other reviews given the condition of the apartment. The bed mattresses were far too soft and provided no back support. Using the dryer caused an electrical outage in the whole apartment! We informed Erika about this when she visited our apartment but she did nothing to rectify the problem so we basically did not have use of a dryer during our stay. The swimming pool was freezing cold despite Claudia telling me by telephone that it was heated at 30°C! There is absolutely no way in a million years that it was heated at all!!! It was so cold that we couldn't even get in the pool which is a great disappointment since this is the main reason why we selected this accommodation... AlpinLodges did not apologize for this mistake. We were so disappointed that we ended up cancelling part of our stay to limit ruining our holiday despite having driven for two days to reach to the location... We deeply regret booking at AlpinLodges!
