Absolutes Disaster. Meine Tochter hat sich so geekelt dass Sie gleich wieder raus wollte. Haben den ganzen Tag versucht jemanden dort zu erreichen. Tschechischer oder Slowakischer Anrufbeantworter. Der Standard ist unterirdisch. Nach einer halben Stunden haben wir einen betrunkenen Koch gefunden der angeblich auch die Rezeption macht. Wenn ich in Östterich buche hätte ich gerne eine halbwegs ordentlichen Standard und eine Deutschsprachigen oder Englischssprachigen Service . Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Rückerstattung wurde aus fadenscheinigen Gründen abgeleht. Stelle nun Strafantrag und Betrugsanzeige. Lustig war auch dass der Herr meinte wir sollten doch später versuchen das Frühstück zu bekommen da scheinbar eine Schulklasse alles belagert. Ich hatte ein sauberes Doppelzimmer gebucht. Unser Zimmer war vollgestellt wit Hochbetten für Teenager. Wenn Ihr also in einem Zimmer schlafen wollt welches seit 1970 nicht mehr renoviert wurde dann seid Ihr hier richtig. Die Komunikation mit dem "Hotel" und der Polizei werde ich später online stellen.
