"Well located in the centre and close to the metro with a good and healthy breakfast and warm welcoming staff."

"Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults for 1 night. Ideal for an airport stopover as it is only a 5 minute drive from the airport. We did get a little bit lost coming from the centre of Porto to the hotel but that was not a huge issue. Hotel was very clean with each room door sealed after cleaning. Room had everything you need for a hotel stay, towels and hand wash in bathroom, shampoo and shower gel in shower. Well worth the money for a budget hotel. We did not have the breakfast as it was an extra €8 charge although ithere did seem to be a good selection of fruit and pastries. Fresh fruit juice, coffee and water was free of charge from the machines any time of the day."

"Very satisfied with this hotel, just a little farther, every time you wait for the bus time, at least an hour to return to the hotel, and the bus schedule is also sparse. But the stay was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was confused because of the hotel's contact with the agent, so the hotel asked to pay the room rate. I contacted Trip.com many times, and there was no result. I didn't get a solution until the two days I left. I returned the booking money, but I felt very annoying and disappointing in my heart."

"It is a hotel not far from Porto. Just drive along the seaside road + river and you will arrive. The view is very beautiful. It is near tourist spots that you can walk to. Nearby, there are delicious restaurants and a large shopping mall. Breakfast is delicious. The bread is very delicious. But the ham and sausage are quite salty. The parking is a bit confusing. It is quite narrow and difficult to get off. The bedroom and bathroom are beautiful, clean, and fragrant. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome. Not far from Porto airport. There is not much traffic because it is not in the city center. The car drives leisurely."

"This was not the first time I've been at this hotel. It's a nice place to spend a few nights. The breakfast food is good in terms of variety and the staff is nice and helpful. The spa is always a pleasant place for you to relax. However, the buttons of the jets don't work properly, specially the ones that are only accessible when you are in the pool, which can be frustrating if you like to use them and won't be able to. This time, the sauna was out of work, as well, but they were fixing it. They didn't really seem worried about fixing the jets' buttons, though... When I was at the hotel last year, they weren't already working properly, but now I couldn't even get them to work. The ones that would work, wouldn't be active for a long time after you pressed on them. In other Spas, they usually work for a few minutes when you turn them on. In this one, they would only be active for about 20/30 seconds at a time. The room I stayed in, had a different display. You would go through a corridor with the bathroom at the front and on the left you had the sleeping area. I liked it because it would conceal the noises coming from the outside a bit better. All rooms have a balcony, but something that feels that is always missing are a couple of chairs and a table. The balcony becomes useless without them! I couldn't open the bathroom door well (not even in 90 degrees in relation to the entrance) because it would bump on the bidet. Also, the shower and glass covering the bathtub seemed to be at the wrong wall because it was inevitable to wet the entire toilet when you showered. The corners were a bit dusty and the bathroom bin hasn't been changed from the previous guest. I think the cleanliness can be improved."

"It's well-organaized hotel near a big shopping mall in Porto. Stuff are specially kind. I felt there are something more than the price. If you are tourist who lack of time, it might be better to choose the accomodation located in the center of the city. However, If you have time, this hotel must be one of the good option. I visited not only major tourist spots in Porto but also I welt the fish port market town Matosinhos 20 min metro ride from this hotel and enjoy the seafood there."
