We stayed for four days and three nights. And yes, FOUR days, I repeat myself because I wrote a review on booking and apparently they are offended by negative comments and respond rudely and saying things that are not true. On arrival, the sheets were dirty, toilet paper half used and the shower is very small. They do not replenish toilet paper or towels. The lady at reception does not give you any information regarding the stay. The last night, our key card broke because it was very old. We spent an hour on the street, ringing the bell, the door and calling by phone. The lady did not answer us and a kind guest had to open the door for us who was amazed and offered us help when he saw that the lady told us that she could not open the door to our room until the next morning. Finally, after paying 5 euros for the card, making us wait and telling her that our flight was leaving early in the morning, she decided to open the room for us with her master key that she has hanging around her... Wow, what she could have done from the beginning. Oh, the front door has a loose handle on the inside. I say this because booking replied to us saying that we almost broke the door when it's a lie, I don't think an interior handle would break from the outside. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Very rude. And there is no need to block my booking user since I do not plan to return to this place. Thank you.
