The staff here are friendly, and accommodating. The front desk host from Winnipeg, you were wonderful and welcoming! She made our stay easy, adjusted our late check out with no problems, and helped us get laundry done early despite their own hotel laundry duties. The staff earned every star I gave the Nova Inn, Inuvik. Bed was comfortable, room clean but the whole hotel is a bit rough around the edges, which for us is no problem. Air conditioner in room. No free breakfast. Coffee only. But Nova Inn direct website doesn’t advertise a breakfast included. However, where the restaurant used to be, you have a microwave, toaster, and a guest freezer for food storage and dining tables. I have a feeling this staff would do what they could to help you out when needed. This hotel is basically beside the Western Arctic Visitor Centre. I would stay here again Thank you Nova Staff!

Not recommended for peaceful people , especially students . This hotel has a marriage and party hall also . Loud music plays in the functions till 1-2 am . I had my exam the next day . Neither could I sleep nor study . Also , adjoining rooms are given to function people who will create noise and commotion the whole day . Kids were ringing my doorbell and attempted to open my room door so many times . It was hellish feeling . Very frustrating.. especially for the decent price I paid for the stay . The landline phone and tv are semi functional . Need to call again and again to get it started . The 2 stars are for the ok food and tea service and room cleaning guys .

Had one of the most spiritual journey in mathura and i am so pleased that Hotel Abhinandan team helped me make my path ever so easy. Very easy to go all temples, very near to the hotel.Fully AC rooms excellent service all the time, food very delicious, all staff were very accommodating to my needs. Worst ever hotel seen in my life. They do not give correct password for Wi-Fi connection and will claim that router is out of order They switch off AC in midnight from downstairs and if you complain then we will get answer that main electricity has gone and will restart only if you fight According to them hot water is not necessary in august In my room geyser was out of order when I started arguing it started working after almost 1 hr They also increased the price which was told earlier,of tea and breakfast when you check outb I will not visit this hotel even if it is only hotel in Mathura

Property location is good. It’s nearby all tourist attractions of mathura. Food quality is also good. But the main thing very poor room service which was not expected at all. Tv was not working in the room, i asked them to rectify the same but they didn’t. You have to remind twice for any request whether it is for breakfast or anything else.

Regarding hotel stay it was good. I had taken standard room which was big in size and clean. Hot water was 24 hours. Hotel is at prominent location. Iskcon is around 500 meter. Auto rickshaw is easily available. Land line phone was not working. I had not taken food there. Overall staying was good.
