Extra charges of rs. 560 have been taken as early check in. The manager was very rude and not co-operative. The room was also not in good condition. I personally refer to all people visiting mathura not to stay at this hotel rather they should stay at any hotel near mathura bus stand.

Very old hotel and rooms are in bad shape. Airconditioner (ac) doesn't work. Several times it used to get auto switch off. Food taste is not good and expensive. No breakfast buffet though we choose breakfast. They serve only fixed menu only 1 item and 1 drink (coffee/tea/juice. I stayed for 3 days and i never felt i am staying in a 3 star hotel.

Overall our experience was okay. The rooms are decent but slight far from railway station. The service was good.

Room size and cleaning excellent and working amenities although very much homely feelings, hygienic and great food. The entire staff was fast and professional to the core. The location is on the main highway of nh4 and 2km from mathura station. Food - if you book dinner and breakfast then dinner taste was good and option 1/5 quantity and different food option were less, and for free breakfast they provide only 1 dish for 1 person, and breakfast is not sufficient for 1 person what they are providing, after that if your are more than what they are giving then you have to pay for it.

Mosquito and window ac was terrible, will suggest not to stay specially with kids. Food was bad, it was half cooked and unhealthy. We booked this hotel with meal but food quality and taste was terrible. Will not suggest to stay here
