Excellent location a few steps from the Sassi and this is unfortunately the only favorable point I can attribute. I read, at the time of booking, that extra rates and the tourist tax could be applied, but it was not specified how much, only that check-in must be done by 3.30pm. I called the owner and he told me that arriving at 4.45pm there was an extra fee of 10 euros for check in, which I find absurd, I have never heard of such a thing anywhere I have been in the world. We arrived and a gentleman was waiting for us who wanted us to park in front of a closed gate telling us that it was not possible to park on the street and he asked us for another 10 euros for this parking, when on the street and in the surrounding areas we then noticed there were parking lots with the white lines where you could park very well and plus the tourist tax to which I have no objections, all in black without a receipt and without even showing the documents as is done at every check-in. So 24 euros were taken from me without any sense and without any receipt. The water heater, in my en-suite bathroom, went on every time the adjacent rooms turned on the water, suffering the noise continuously at all hours. I honestly would not stay at your "facility" again.

Are you looking for a relaxing day? Do you need to unplug? Do it away from this Bb. Terrible hygiene, reception by staff in poor taste, TVs perfect for neck pain or third stage migraines, and unsuitable rooms. The perfect bb for a Dario Argento film.

I was here with my wife for one night returning from Salento. Practically it is an apartment in a condominium used as a B&B. Poor quality furniture, very uncomfortable beds, TV placed on the side of the bed, tiny bathroom at objectively exaggerated prices, a Monday night €90 with the bathroom in the room and €70 with the shared bathroom between the rooms. 'other without window. The saddest thing is that breakfast is not included there is a coffee machine but without pods.... The only positive note is the semi-central location, you can easily reach the center and you can park quite easily... in this splendid city you can find much better at these prices!!!

Esperienza negativa: nel sito c'era scritto che gli animali erano ammessi e quindi abbiamo pagato e prenotato subito on line dato che abbiamo due cani. Il check in doveva essere tra le 13 e le 15 altrimenti dovevamo chiamare e sarebbe arrivato qualcuno ad aprirci al costo di dieci euro... Ok siamo arrivati alle 13.30, suoniamo il campanello e non risponde nessuno...chiamo e mi rispondo di aspettare. Dopo dieci minuti arriva un signore anziano che ci chiede 25 euro per la sanificazione per i cani... costo assolutamente non menzionato sul sito.. e pagamento solo in contanti no pos e nessuna ricevuta! non ci è proprio piaciuta la poca trasparenza. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza al centro. Il bagno in comune era inoltre sporco.
