Terrible, we slept very badly, double bed made up of two single beds, we woke up with a lot of pain, I highly recommend not going and looking for anything else... We booked through Smartbox, first of all it had to be a SUITE, as the Smartbox said and obviously it was a simple room, we had dinner and it was replaced with a cold cuts platter, really bad experience, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Pulizia, cortesia , massima disponibilità. In particolare dovendo partire in tarda serata siamo stati ospitati nella sala colazione per tutto il tempo necessario. Un breve soggiorno perfetto. Anche la posizione dell' Albergo è comoda, centrale e tranquilla

Fine anno a Matera con un gruppo di trekking , abbiamo soggiornato presso il piccolo albergo Matera , struttura piccola ma graziosa con ogni confort situato in una posizione comodissima ( perfetto per raggiungere il centro a piedi ) , personale super gentile e disponibile ( quasi familiare ).

Due settimane fa abbiamo tenuto un corso di crescita personale e biodanza presso il vostro albergo che definire un gioiellino potrebbe sembrare riduttivo. A ridosso del centro storico ci ha permesso di vedere l'alba nei sassi. Nella graziosa sala attigua alla reception abbiamo svolto il corso teorico guidati dalla coach Antonella Moccia accuditi e coccolati da Sharon e Emily sempre disponibili ad ogni richiesta, e di Eleonora e Rosalba che hanno tenuto in ordine e pulitissime le nostre camere. Sul terrazzo vista cielo ci siamo immersi nelle musiche fantastiche e guidate dal maestro Nando Gozzi abbiamo tenuto le lezioni di biodanza. Esperienza positiva in questo albergo che consigliamo caldamente per quanto descritto e per la mirabile conduzione del direttore Fabio che ha coordinato tutte le nostre esigenze sistemandoci in camere ampie pulitissime e confortevoli con prezzi indubbiamente convenienti. Albergo piccolino ma molto grazioso. A due passi dai Sassi. Camera non troppo grande, ma molto pulita. Personale disponibilissimo e molto cortese. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema verso le 22.00 di sera e prontamente ci hanno aiutato. Bravi e grazie di tutto!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per un matrimonio. Ci siamo fermati due notti in più per goderci la città. L'albergo, in posizione ottima, è essenziale, ma comodo e accogliente. L'ambiente è pulito e profumato ed anche se le stanze non sono enormi, sono razionali e funzionali, tutto è al posto giusto e lo spazio è ottimizzato al massimo. I letti sono comodi e ho apprezzato molto i cuscini in lattice. Mi piace il verde delle pareti, lo trovo molto elegante e riposante. L'arredamento è semplice e azzeccato. Lo staff è stato cortese e disponibile. Consigliato!
