優點：離馬泰拉老城非常近，走路就可遊玩，房間設施一般，比較普通。
缺點：雖然路邊一條街都是免費停車位，但能否有位就看運氣，我們當時到的時候沒位，在另一街道找到一個位，拖行李到酒店門口時，剛好有一個車位空出來，立馬把車開過來。

A fabulous B&B with everything you needed. It was hot whilst here and the aircon worked fantastic for the hot nights. The room was spotlessly clean with a good fridge for cold drinks. Its very close to the old town and we could park the car in the next street for the whole three days. Mariella was very sweet and checked to make sure we were OK every day. We opted for no breakfast but there are good places within walking distance for coffee, paninis, etc. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is excellent being only about a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the old city and less than 10 minute walk to multiple great restaurants, some being much less than that. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and comfortable with great water pressure in the shower. And the host Mariella, is the kindest, nicest person who really cares about her property and her guest’s experience. She gave us a choice for what type of breakfast we wanted and when we wanted it, and it was excellent. This is the place to stay in Matera.

Taking advantage of the airport shuttle option that In&Out offer, it was about 50 minutes from Bari Airport to In&Out in Matera. Mariella greeted us on arrival and showed us to our room which was modern, spotlessly clean and on the ground floor, so no stairs to contend with. The room was quite spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you might need including a very good shower. There were also plenty of towels. Right next to our room was a small breakfast area where Mariella greeted us in the morning with fresh coffee and a selection of continental breakfast items and she even asked if there was anything special we would like for breakfast. She goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for her. I speak very little Italian & she speaks little English but with the help of a translation app - we got along very well. There is a bakery a few doors away and a restaurant although we didn't try it. Altra Pizza which has no.1 spot on TripAdvisor is just a street away which came in very handy when it was raining heavily and we didn't want to walk far. There is also a small supermarket a little further up the road. In&Out is just a short walk from the town with its restaurants, shops and 'the Sassi'. On leaving Matera we were spending a few days in Bari before flying home and took the opportunity to use the In&Out transfer option again. Mariella made our transfer back to Bari very easy, once again going the extra mile for us. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Matera

It was a very nice stay at the In & Out B&B in Matera. Cosy and very clean room, delicious breakfast and Mariella is a perfect host. It is very convenient to get to the Old Town of Matera from there. You cannot go wrong when you book at the In & Out!

Mariella is a perfect host. Moved her car so we could park right outside. B & B just a few minutes walk to Sassi. Rooms clean and modern. Lovely breakfast each morning. Google translate was our friend!! Would highly recommend 5*.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti a Matera con le mie amiche fine tappa cammino materano, soddisfatte del b&b scelto, camera grande bel bagno, la sig. Mariella molto raffinata, colazione varia, briosce yogurt crostate fatte dalle sig. salato ecc. anche su richiesta, molto attenta alle esigenze del cliente, lei ci ha prenotato l ' agenzia x le uscite con guida sinpaticcissime, il b&b si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza Vittorio Emanuele, spero di tornnarci Consiglio questo b&b

Aiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Accolti dalla sig.ra Mariella molto disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. La struttura, gestita in maniera esemplare, è ristrutturata di recente ed è molto pulita e profumata. Molto ben illuminata e con tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo. Collocato in un buon punto da cui si raggiunge il centro di Matera in una decina di minuti senza la necessità di spostamento dell'auto, parcheggiata proprio in prossimità del B&B. La consiglio vivamente.
