Though the hotel is located quite far from the center it is clean and has this scandi interior which I love. They have great great service and friendly staff. It has a heater in the room and extra sofa bed for big families. The food was great too!

This is a great new hotel. The checkin went smoothly and expeditiously. The room I had was very nice. Spacious, clean, and modern. It was quiet. The service was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. I had booked a two night nonrefundable reservation; however, because I had a change of plans I left after one night. I asked if they would give me a refund for the second night and they did. Very nice of them. The breakfast was ok.

We arrived by car at this new, modern hotel. We could easily park the car in one of the free parking spaces in the fenced area in front of the impressive building. At the reception we were welcomed by a lady who was top friendly and super professional at the same time. When we checked in, we immediately felt warmly welcome. We were given valuable tips for our stay in the city, and we were also helped to book a table for dinner when seats in the restaurants were scarce because of the weekend. The spacious rooms have a creative design. At the same time, they are very homely. Everything is absolutely clean. The beds are comfortable with pleasant pillows. Air conditioning and rain shower are of course also part of the great equipment. At breakfast, we were equally welcomed by brilliant staff who complemented the rich, high-quality buffet with perfect service. We will be back!

Very gracious staff, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. We only spent one night in Matera but happy we stayed here. This hotel is just outside of city center but feels like you are in a suburban setting. Free on site parking and taxis available. Matera is a very interesting town/city.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per un weekend. Che dire, innanzitutto all'arrivo ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e sorrisi, super disponibili ed accoglienti. Le stanze moderne, ben curate e molto pulite. La prima colazione molto vasta con prodotti di primissima qualità, dai dolci preparati rigorosamente in casa , alla deliziosa focaccia, nota super gradita gli yogurt situati in un vasetto di vetro e non nella solita plastica. Il ragazzo e la ragazza del ricevimento molto gentili anche con l'accoglienza al mattino per la colazione, insomma un posto dove torneremo sicuramente appena saremo nei paraggi di Matera, consigliatissimo!!!

Viaggio molto per lavoro...ma questa è stato uno dei migliori soggiorni che io abbia mai fatto. Camera "spaziale", pulizia, cortesia, efficienza, simpatia e professionalità. Non credo si possa chiedere di più. Inoltre: sono intollerante al glutine ma qui ho potuto fare una colazione completa, senza limitazioni, con tanti prodotti gluten free. La stessa cosa è successa durante una cena nel loro ristorante. Davvero una bellissima sorpresa. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Hotel eccellente da tutti i punti di vista. Camere arredate con gusto e funzionali allo stesso tempo. Staff gentilissimo e competente, pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Location decentrata ma ottimale per visitare la città e contemporaneamente stare in tranquillità.
