Our stay at Alle Malve was absolutely wonderful. JonVito, the owner was the best. He helped us with finding the best sites to see when we arrived, helped us communicate with scheduling our guide the next day, directed us to an excellent restaurant, arranged a cab for us upon our departure, and provided us with a very nice breakfast. I would recommend Alle Malve as a great B&B if you are visiting amazing Matera.

酒店房間不多，每間都非常有特色。我們被免費升級到有陽台的房間，可以邊曬太陽邊欣賞城市美景，好不愜意。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Matera — the location was stunning and the atmosphere truly charming. When we first arrived, the air conditioning in our room turned out to be broken. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and responsive, offering to move us to a different hotel. We didn’t love the alternative options as much, so they provided us with fans to make the room more comfortable. We ended up enjoying Matera so much that we decided to stay an extra night. The second room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. Just a small heads-up for future guests: in that particular room, the bathroom doors (for both the shower and toilet) are made of glass, so privacy could be an issue if you’re not traveling with a significant other. Other than that, everything was perfect. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

We stayed here for one night. Firstly, the staff, they are brilliant. Sara and David are both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The room we had (19) was fantastic. Spacious and well equipped. Matera itself is stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Matera, which day and night is beautiful.

Le Malve is a truly lovely place from which to explore the amazing city of Matera. Our room was clean, understated (in a good way) and represented fantastic value for money. The location was ideal, being situated right in the Sassi. However, the best aspect of the hotel was the staff. We had some issues with our hire car which would have been SO much worse, had it not been for the diligent help from the lovely lady (apologies for not getting her name) who helped us with phone calls, translation and arrangement of documents. No matter who we dealt with over the 2 nights we stayed, it was clear they genuinely wanted to help. Please pass on our thanks to all! I wouldn't hesitate in returning to Le Malve Cave Retreat.

We enjoyed this accommodation. The staff were very helpful, recommending places for dinner, organising a tuktuk tour at last minute, and opening early for breakfast as we had to leave early. The location is great. Would highly recommend .

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, charming and quaint. Our room was a beautiful cave with upper and lower sleeping quarters! Inlike the Sant Angelo Luxury Resort the Air Conditioning Worked!!!!The staff is extremely helpful. It is a beautiful hotel. We had a 5 star experience! We look forward to our next visit and rate this as 1 of our favorites. John Vito was extremely helpful. We highly recommend that you stay here it’s in a perfect location for numerous restaurants and sightseeing adventures.

An fabulous stay at Le Malve! The warmth of the staff, stylish and spacious rooms (caves) and location was perfect! Loved the personal itinerary and suggestions of what to do, where to go and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We look forward to returning!
