A hotel with a very nice lobby and common areas; the rooms are comfortable and clean, with some details being noteworthy (such as the fact that the air conditioning doesn't work and is a bit noisy). The reception was very friendly and attentive to our questions. Due to the weather, we were unable to use the pool as the hours of use are limited (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.), and the water was warm. Matera is a 15-minute drive away, and the hotel has a parking area.

非常差的酒店，房間玻璃上全是裝修水泥殘渣，還有很多油漆的味道，根本沒法住人，玻璃杯沒有清洗過，有口紅印，酒店前台員工態度很差，拒絕換房，歧視中國人。有其他人兩次沒有經過我們同意，沖進我們房間，沒有見過這麼差的酒店，趁着我們吃早餐跑進我們房間。感覺人身安全收到威脅。強烈建議大家不要入住。可以看看其他英文的差評就知道這家酒店刷多麼差了！！！
