Appartamento a disposizione con terrazzi esterni arredati. Ottima pulizia, accoglienza e disponibilità. Colazione nella norma. Posto tranquillo a 5 minuti in auto dal parcheggio dei sassi. Possibilità di cenare presso il ristorante pizzeria adiacente alla struttura.

Inizio subito col dire "grazie Sig. Antonio", grazie per l'accoglienza, la gentilezza, la cordialità, l'ospitalità, il buon cibo, la familiarità. Grazie perché ci ha fatto sentire a casa con le sue premure e la sua istintiva socialità. Consiglio di cuore a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere qualche giorno nella magica Matera di venire a soggiornare da Lei.

Siamo stati 2 notti in questo nuovissimo B&B, si trova nella zona artigianale , ma la posizione è strategica perchè a soli 5 minuti dai Sassi, ma fuori dalla ZTL quindi ci si arriva tranquillamente in auto e c'è ampio parcheggio gratuito. Le camere sono davvero enormi e dotate di ogni comfort! Ogni appartamento ha un grande terrazzo con salottino. C'è a disposizione un angolo bar ad uso esclusivo per ogni appartamento con frigo, macchina per il caffè con cialde, snack dolci e salati, tisane, succhi di frutta , montalatte per cappuccino ecc.... (ed il tutto è a disposizione degli ospiti, non si paga un extra per il frigo bar come in hotel) inoltre la mattina i proprietari ci portavano qualche dolce artigianale da una pasticceria della zona ad integrare ulteriormente la colazione. La prima notte un pasticciotto con la crema delizioso, la seconda dei cornetti. Vi consiglio anche il ristorante pizzeria sottostante, i proprietari sono gentilissimi ed i prezzi ottimi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo abbiamo già consigliato a tutti gli amici che verranno in visita a Matera :)

Siamo stati in questo b&b 2 notti e ci siamo trovati veramente bene, un mini appartamento con tutti i confort, molto ospitali i proprietari e` situato in periferia ma il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti.

Ottima struttura , mini appartamento , tutto in autonomia , a pochi chilometri dai sassi. Tranquillo e riservato .Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia , i proprietari ci hanno consigliato locali caratteristici e dato indicazioni utili per la visita della città.
