We had an outstanding stay. The unit was well located and spotless. It was an architectural masterpiece and decorated beautifully. Lamia Matera had everything we needed and then some. Bernadetta and Eustachio were so warm, friendly and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Struttura consigliatissima Ottima la posizione : parcheggi la macchina nelle vicinanze per 10 euro al giorno e te la dimentichi . Splendida e caratteristica ristrutturazione nei sassi , pulita confortevole e con un ‘ottima manutenzione . Colazione super :dolce e salata con prodotti di alta pasticceria , formaggi e frutta fresca . Il signor Pippo e sua moglie ( i proprietari),persone squisite , molto accoglienti e pieni di ottimi consigli . Se dovessi tornare a Matera sicuramente soggiornerei nuovamente da loro .

Gentilezza, ospitalità, pulizia impeccabile e ambiente curatissimo. La colazione è ricchissima, con prodotti locali freschi, davvero insuperabile. Il signor Pippo è un ospite perfetto. Unica nota negativa, siamo potuti rimanere solo una notte! ☺️

5 punti sono pochi! Difficilmente siamo stati così bene ospitati, direi coccolati! Dalla abbondante, ricercata colazione alla simpatica disponibilità del signor Pippo. Avevamo previsto un soggiorno di una sola volta, ma ci siamo fermati per una ulteriore notte stravolgendo il piano turistico. (Ho visto valutazione TripAdvisor 9,8/9,9: direi 10!)

Nel nostro giro itinerante abbiamo soggiornato una notte da Pippo nel suo Lamia. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico ed i Sassi. La struttura è pulita, essenziale ed arredata con gusto. Ci è stata assegnata la camera grotta: la pecca del soffitto un po’ bassino viene dimenticata immediatamente dall’esperienza di essere un ambiente unico nel suo genere. Con un contributo onesto c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino all’albergo in un parcheggio privato. Tuttavia il valore aggiunto rimane Pippo: gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente ci ha aiutato a trascorrere al meglio le ore in Matera suggerendoci posti da visitare, prenotando i tour guidati e consigliandoci ristoranti dove mangiare. Consigliatissimo

Come a casa ma veramente comodi… vicino ai sassi … ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi.. il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima colazione! Poi ha un punto di ricarica dell’auto elettrica … grande vantaggio per chi ne possiede una!! Sassi gentili!
