"Good hotel for this price, you can stop 1-2 nights. Just clean enough, there is a hot water machine. Deficiencies: no sound insulation, the smell of moisture in the room, very tired and twisted rooms/furnishings, small bathroom. Photo is better than in life"

"It was our 6th stay at this hotel. However we noticed a decline in the service level of the hotel compared to our previous stay. The restaurant food was nearly empty an hour before the breakfast closing time and this happened each morning during our stay. We never had the soap refilled so we used our own. Most of the staff no longer greet you unlike in the past most of them will greet and smile at you.
I hope these issues will be addressed properly by the management, otherwise they will lose customers as there are better competitors with similar price range in the city."

CCatherineAFI stayed here for one night with my partner and we had a lovely time. The room was spacious and so clean. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had so much choice. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was really tasty. The mini gym is great for a quick workout and I recommend going to the rooftop pool for sunset as you can see the most beautiful views from all around. Very happy with the price and service overall.

The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event.
The breakfast was decent for the price paid.
The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided.
The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy.
Overall an average stay.

GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

TThymen DijkshoornPerfect hotel if you want to stay in Mataram for cheap. But to be honest the hotel does not offer many facilities. And although everything looks clean, it’s still feels a bit dirty. There were some weird spots on our bedding for example. As goes for many Indonesian hotels, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
