The Gran Hotel del Coto is a great hotel with all kinds of services and entertainment for the little ones that they will love. The room I stayed in is spacious, well laid out and cosy. There were a couple of things that we had to report at reception but they were corrected correctly. The food was plentiful, great and very, very tasty, with a great variety and different kinds of products for all tastes, good desserts and good fruit. We really liked the live performances at the Parranda as in previous years and the entertainment. Although 2 great entertainers left, the current ones are very good and friendly, eager to work and do things well so that we have a fun and lively holiday. We will return next year.

It was a bit of a struggle to get there but in the end it was worth it. It is true that it has a classic decor but we loved it. The pool that people complain about so much was accessible and not crowded, the room was large and had wonderful views, the entertainment was fun, the performances were entertaining and the 5th floor was wonderful. We also ate very well. And the beach is five minutes away, quiet and very pretty. The staff was attentive and efficient and the girl in the shop was lovely. We would come back 🙂

Hemos estado en este hotel una semana con el Imserso. No me ha gustado nada, el peor de los hoteles que he ido con Imserso. La habitación aceptable, cama normal, almohada bien, balcon con vistas, eso bien. Lo peor ha sido la comida, pésima, muy mal cocinada y con productos de muy baja calidad. Además muchos platos recliclados. El desayuno muy mal, solo hubo croasanes 2 dias. El zumo malo, el café regular. Ningún día hubo jamón, siempre mortadela, choped o salami, todo de los mas barato. La comida y cena un horror, unos pescados en salsa pésimos, había plancha pèro siempre cerdo o pollo. Los potajes y guisos siempre el mismo sabor de especias, muchas especias, sobre todo comino. De postre maranjas buenas, peras y mnazanas y un montón de pastelitos malos. Nunca hubo fresas, estando en Huelva en el mes de las fresas. Las piscinas vacías. Lo que si tiene bonito son los pasillos, con fotos del coto de Doñana. En fin, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Como no se pongan las pilas van a perder toda la clientela.

Cuando llegamos pedí por favor una habitación con ducha por problemas, mí gran sorpresa que me dan una con ducha en el suelo, cortina, tapadera WC rota con pelos en el suelo, bueno un desastre. Pedí por favor que me cambiarán y me dan una habitacón con bañera y cortina sin ducha, la tapadera del WC rota, el suelo sucio, las camas con mantas antiguas, pero antiguas,apenas hay wifi. Lo único es que la habitación es grande, pero recomiendo que la gente se lleve el gel de baño, champú,etc., de su casa. La comida poca y regular muy repetitiva. Lo mejor el personal. Por el resto no volvería a repetir.
