We stayed here last summer and the service was so outstanding we chose San Jose again. The front desk gives over the top service and the rooms are clean and spacious. Hot shower and great views of the mountains. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed!

First class, outstanding service, esp by Ruben. Hotel is extremely clean, behind the Main Square and Catholic church. Walk to everything. air conditioning, free parking, internet works great, excellent breakfast included. Best hotel we stayed at in Nicaragua.

I had a great experience here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. The only noise was from the other American guests - no street noise at all. Breakfast was excellent. Air conditioning, shower and ceiling fan worked really well. Thank you for a great 5- day stay and for helping me get to the bus station with my heavy suitcase! I highly recommend this beautiful, sweet little hotel in a great location with grocery stores nearby.

Sinceramente he tenido una experience inolvidable. He viajando el mundo como tripulante de cabina y jamás me habían tratado con el nivel de profesionalismo y atención al cliente. Gracias a todo el staff del hotel la calidad de un servicio 5 estrellas.

El personal de recepción que nos atendió a las 18h muy mal educado. No encontraba la reserva. Con pocas ganas de trabajar y dando largas por hacer el check-in más a esa hora. No informó de las actividades del hotel, ni hora del desayuno, al preguntar dónde salir a comer algo de mala forma nos dijo que fuéramos por la plaza. No me quiso dar su nombre, varón q estuvo hoy por la tarde
