"I booked for a standard room with a pool view as posted. But when we arrived, we initially checked in a room not as expected. But the room was cozy, clean and spacious. They said that the pool view is a first come first serve basis. But luckily the other guests cancelled their reservation for that room with the pool view so we were transferred to the preferred/booked room. However the overall experience is very good. No complaints at all. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes good. The view is spectacular with the volcano overview. "

"The villa that we stayed in is very peaceful and quite. However, the restaurant has limited selection. They don't have TV or intercom, you would need to use your mobile to call the receptionist. There is no sauna as advertised. The resort focuses on hosting event and markets the instagrammable place. But need to improve recreational activities like spa,sauna,massage and food options (more indonesian inspired food)"

"Location was okay as it is at the hub of intercity transport. Robinsons mall and Mediateix hospital is a hop away. Hotel can improve with its upkeep as it has the potential. Room was smallish and the bathroom door is broken, the walls are dirty. They put too much scent on the room and linens. Definitely need a very good housekeeping manager. Breakfast service can improve too. I would rate is as overpriced for I what it is charging. "

"Self service hotel. They will deliver your food to your room with a fee. Very slow service in the resto. Salty foods. Lots of mosquitoes. Location is near SM. Walkable. Some trikes would overprice you so ask first."

"The hotel room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Nice facilities all good. They have a heater in the shower room that's what I love. The place is accessible to the mall and busses going to Manila if you are a solo traveller. The room is very comfy so I have a very nice and pleasant stay in this hotel."
