Big spacious house Have stayed here before and love the amount of space there is. 3 toilets and 3 showers meant no queues. Heat pump was on when we arrived so house was really toasty. Large TV we were able to watch sports on.

Beautiful heritage building We really enjoyed the size and beauty of this old building. Its a bit of a work in progress but still very lovely. Not often you get to stay somewhere so unique. Perfect for a large family gathering. Was perfect for us tho. Kids loved it as so many places for hide and seek - its huge. Maybe not suitable if you have very young children tho as the staircase would be a worry.

NZ DragRacing Nationals Spacious old house full of character/ perfect for our group. The cleanliness let it down somewhat and the bbq was unusable. Great location.

Location and comfort in this grand old villa We had a fantastic week in Victoria House and found the owner Rozellia so lovely to deal with. The beds are superb. We walked to the park and shops every day as they are minutes away.

Room for everyone Beds and rooms for everyone. Large lounge dinning area to all sit and eat together. Adequate kitchen. Super clean. Altogether an amazing building . I will recommend to any and all to have reunions and large gatherings.
