The place is magnificent. The staff super attentive and polite. The sheets and beds are so comfortable that you might consider not even getting out to see the incredible grounds and art. But don’t do that because there are wild flowers, roses, lakes, forests… like an enchantment. I will definitely be back again.

Domaine Des Etangs was an AWE-inspiring property and experience in every way. The chateau, the newer buildings, the art, the landscaping, the cows, the pool and other amenities combined to make a truly singular experience. The beauty of the place took our breath away, and the staff showed us extraordinary welcome and hospitality. Could not recommend the experience more.

I was recently at this property and it was truly one of the most fantastic experiences I've ever had. The place is magical and fairly easy to get to from downtown Bordeaux / the airport by car. The staff are incredibly obliging and friendly and the accomodation all over the property is first-class. The breakfast is also something else! Can't wait to be able to visit again soon! The most incredible, sprawling location with beautiful facilities and incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. The whole experience was faultless. Incredible food, venue and people. Would go back in a heartbeat. The setting was so idyllic and it felt like a fairytale.

We enjoyed delicious breakfasts overlooking the glassy lake, leisurely wanders through fairytale grounds, and evenings of candlelit dinners around the estate’s gardens, as we were there for a private event. The spa is pure heaven, especially at golden hour, and every detail is so beautifully considered that you can’t help but relax completely. It’s perfection.
