We liked the quietness of the room, comfy beds, the heated, salted swimming pool, the food was quite good and the staff were lovely.
We were placed in a 2 storey terraced mini-house. It had tv and kitchen downstairs with a small bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
We were all-inclusive, so didn't need the kitchen and it was quite a steep climb to get to the wee bedroom and bathroom... somehow it didn't seem to be appropriate - we would have liked a bigger bedroom and bathroom only.
There was nightly entertainment for an hour and various animation events during the day... they looked after both adults and children well.
The location was away from town centre and you would have to walk up a steep hill or take a bus/cycle, etc. Free bus to the beach provided

Basic accommodation, restaurant staff rude,buffet breakfast average, bedroom cramped,shower leaked water all over floor,got fixed with 2 tiles stuck to the base of shower tray! Wouldnt return but if you like cheap and cheerful i would only rate 2 star.

It wasn't super clean (we were greeted by a cockroach when entering the bungalow), sand on the floor, hairs on the couch.
The Vistaflor facilities were nice though (pool, bar, etc). If you don't have a (rental) car, it might be difficult to leave the area and as it's about 15-30 minutes walk to the "center" with restaurants and everything, it's not super convenient.
Still, we had a nice stay but unfortunately 3/5 stars.

Second visit to this hotel - and did not disappoint - staff friendly and welcoming and will definitely be back for a third time - maybe in March 2024

This is definitely a family/children dominated property; even when kids should be at school. Despite the resort website stating ‘…with a heated swimming pool for adults and one for children…’ children of all ages are in both pools and unsupervised. There is no peace and quiet, just constant shouting and screaming. Also the animation team activities are focussed around children and often take over parts of the pool or surrounding areas for their activities. Music is often loud and far from relaxing.

Location is really good housekeeping it’s really good. The problem is parking and food. You need to go in the basement for the breakfast lunch and dinner so I don’t like this

Rooms were okay, not as nice as the pictures.
Did not enjoy the brakfast at all. The scrambled eggs an bacon was cold and did not taste very good.
