Great to return here and the same quality and standards as before. There is a lovely gentle air to this historic place and the staff really try to go the extra. It's old, so accept that, but it's relaxed and charming too. We chose the Hemingway Room as a little quieter. Over 100 years old . Great curry too!

The 100-year old hotel definitely has a colonial feel to it. The restaurant serves delicious meals with pleasant music in the background. Best Palak Paneer in the country. All the other dishes were delicious too. Friendly staff. The washrooms are very clean at all times.

Strategically located well, Convinient to all travellers, Historical Hotel with amazing History in Uganda’s rich Culture Lovely staff… clean and Comfortable I recommend anyone who would wish to stay in Masindi, stay at Masindi Hotel Also you can access Murchison falls park from this Hotel

This is a colonial style hotel which was built by the british. This is the only budget lodge which I stayed in uganda that has wifi in the rooms. the room is cozy and the food is very good. the location is convenient, pretty close to budongo forest, the park where the chimpanzees live.

Typucal old style hotel. I suggestivo to avoid rooms from no. 1 to no 7 as they are really noiose being just close to the road. Anyway the place is full of history. Here overnighted H. Boiardo and K. Hepburn in 1950/51. Staff is kind but the place should be renewed.

The great food and service, the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and comfortable. It’s a perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in Masindi, whether for business or leisure. I highly recommend Masindi Hotel for its outstanding staff, delicious food, and excellent service.

The whole review is that ,the hospitality was excellent Imediatelly we arrived, everyone was there for us trying to help , that was really amazing please keep it up. The room hygene was good. no comment about it. The morning breakfast was really nice and service excellent waaaw. Masindi Hotel will always be my place to enjoy away from Home.

This hotel oozes history. It has timeless charm and feels like you are stepping back in time. The staff are so friendly and will do anything to help. The rooms have beautiful simple yet stunning decor. It's the sort of place you want to start writing a book. The gardens create a tranquil atmosphere. Our delicious breakfast was only disturbed by monkeys also wanting our banana. (top tip - ask for the soft pillows on the bed) Also the gift shop is particularly good and the crafts are embedded throughout the hotel.

Excellent service from helpful, friendly staff. Great decor, comfy beds. The staff helpfully arranged a cake for a reunion at short notice. If traffic noise bothers you, ask the for the back rooms. Would recommend the avocado vinaigarette.
