Avoid this hotel at all costs! There is no elevator, and you'll end up in an old building with terrible conditions. There are many better hotels in the area, like Shabran. This place is overpriced and dreadful. I will never stay here again. They moved me to another building without any notice, which feels like a scam.

The overall feeling is pretty good, but the customer service doesn't quite understand the meaning of Chinese and always thinks that the bunk bed is an extra bed.

Very helpful employees, and excellent service. Hotel's location is in the middle of forest. I also loved the food and spa. There are several restaurants for dining, so I chose different options every day. Besides, I could choose local and international cuisine, and dietic options as well. Pool area is big, so it was not crowded.

We chose the Qalaalti Hotel & Spa on the recommendation of my friends and acquaintances. Our company - Blue Water Shipping Caspian LLC visited this hotel second time and came in a year from our first visit with definite purpose to conduct corporative event and have some rest. There were 5 of us, including a kid and my parents and everyone enjoyed 2 day trip. Service and people here are just wonderful, it's like 5+ star hotel. Food if great, location is fine, winter or summer, spring or autumn - wonderful place to come and enjoy life! Highly recommended.
