在山邊，窗户對着人家的祖先🙏，一山滿是，晚上都不敢開窗，實在有點～～～衞生有點邋遢，地毯上都是黑黑的印子，這個價位的連鎖酒店衞生真無語！下次可能不會選擇了😂和南寧市區的柏曼差距還挺大的

很超值的一間酒店，設備很新，服務非常規範。當晚有世乒賽決賽，電視信號很給力，屏幕也夠大。衞生間乾濕分離，衞生也很好。

2月24號下午2點左右辦理入住的511房間，2月25號凌晨1點30左右，前台小弟給了一張酒店總卡給一個喝醉酒的客户，一起來把我的房門打開了，那個時候剛入睡瞬間嚇醒了，我自己一個人女孩子住，腦子都是蒙的，怎麼半夜三更會有男的開得了我房間門。馬山打酒店的前台電話衹是一味的道歉而已，嚇得一整晚沒敢入睡。很後怕，這種酒店的安全性在哪，如果發生點什麼，後果不堪設想。以後誰還敢一個人住這酒店，工作人員竟然拿總卡給一個喝多的男人亂開房門，這種商家良知何在，如果這件發生在他家人身上呢如何想

房間乾淨衞生，設施新，空調給力，Wifi信號強。總枱服務員熱情、親切。門前有免費停車場，方便停車。餐廳提供免費早餐，品種還算豐富。餐廳窗明幾凈，視覺舒服。唯一缺點是酒店在小巷裡，第一次去不容易找到。

酒店房間不是很大但比較乾淨，門前停車比較方便，早餐個人感覺還比較好！要是去吃黑羊肉要步行1.5公里才有，吃簡餐周邊很方便！

柏曼酒店南寧馬山店地裏位置非常好，周邊吃飯購物都很方便，酒店的服務人員態度和藹，有自己的停車場，太方便了。

垃圾，前台態度極差！另外，發現平台價格不一樣，辦理了入住，還沒住進去，跟前台協商退了用會員卡價格辦入住也不允許！房間衞生也一般！以後不住，也不推薦別人住！
