三月份曾在本酒店入住，衣服忘記拿了。專門加了酒店微信，麻煩幫忙收起。這次專門入住，被告知沒有義務幫忙收，處理掉了。扔了。幾次找前台諮詢，更沒有相關領導出來解決。服務嚴重差評

房間乾淨整潔，舒適度滿分。衞生間也是乾濕分離的！前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，我自己搞不懂的前台小姐姐都會積極的幫我處理問題。而且離汽車總站也很近，步行不到五分鐘就到了。早餐也挺好吃的～
