The rooms were great except the pillows I found them to be too hard as a result we used the scatter cushion which was a bit softer. When it came to breakfast I felt like we were limited as compared to another group of visitors who received a kinda of a buffet setup for their breakfast otherwise great location and establishment....

The room was cosy and warm despite the cold winter weather. Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food very tasty. The girls at the restaurant were smiling all the time. I loved it coz it was my first time in the country. It felt like home. clean as well

Review: The place is visually appealing and has a lot of potential, but my stay was far from pleasant. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the overwhelming smell of fresh paint in the room, which gave me and my friend severe headaches that even painkillers couldn’t alleviate. The smell was so bad that I now need to seek medical assistance for relief. It’s unacceptable not to warn guests about ongoing painting or to post clear signs about such activities. Additionally, basic amenities were missing—there were no coffee or tea cups in the room, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to start your day. The customer service was also disappointing. The night shift receptionist was too busy on their phone, apparently catching up on personal matters, rather than assisting guests. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and needs urgent attention. Overall, the management needs to prioritize guest comfort, communication, and attention to detail. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Nice hotel with a lot of sporty Flair. Rooms are functional and nice and even at temperatures around freezing point cosy warm. For breakfast you can chose from a large variety of menus running under names like "early bird special", "vegetarian healthy", "avocado flotentine"....Staff ist very helpful and kind. Had a great stay.

This is a very nice concept, with funds going to local communities. The staff is really helpful and kind. The customer service here is really at its best. The restaurant is also really good and the breakfasts very hearty. It is quiet and comfortable. Totally recommended.

Excellent accommodation and restaurant. The football/soccer related theme was carried throughout with all profits going to support kids in the local area. The location is right near everything in Maseru, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main city center.

The location is absolutely perfect. I sat on the terrace to finish work at sunset and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are big and clean! The bed is super comfortable! The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating! Overall a truly wonderful place to stay and as I travel a lot for work I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Lesotho!
