"Great stay here. A very good hotel with great value for money, highly suitable for travelers transiting or staying short-term in Sydney. The location is convenient, with supermarket and many restaurants right downstairs."
"Our stay at Guest Hotel in Mascot was pleasant and comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the airport and Mascot train station. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the basics needed for a short stay."
"The staffs were very friendly and nice!
The room was also quite nice (except door closing sound can be quite loud unless you close the door carefully/slowly).
I also likr their shampoo/conditioner. It smells nice.
FYI, like other reviews said, the shower doesn't have a door separating from toilet, there is only half glass door so you need to be careful when you take a shower or floor will be quite wet for your washroom.
There was no pair of slippers, so you better bring your own if you need one.
There's shuttlebus between airport and the hotel every 10-15min, cost only $10 per person, which was very convenient.

"It's not a hotel as such, just a large house that has been converted into guest rooms. There is a communal lounge and kitchen which I didn't use but looked nice and functional. I was in a downstairs bedroom so had to carry my suitcase down a flight of stairs. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, fine for a quick overnight stay between flights. Very convenient to the airport. There is no reception or staff on site so you have to contact the owners by phone to get an access code so you can let yourself in."
"We will not stay at Aerotel Sydney again. The small double bed is up against a wall so if one person wants to get out during the night they have to climb over the other! The bed was very high and very awkward to get into. At 65 and 70 years old that is not what we were expecting nor wanting. There are no windows. We didn't get much sleep. We ended up 'topping and tailing'. We were also disturbed by a lot of noise from within the hotel. Whilst it is only a short walk to the departure area, that is not sufficient to outweigh the huge disadvantages of the room and setting. There was insufficient room for our 6 suitcases so they had to be stored behind reception. Luckily the reception is manned 24 hours a day."
"I always stay at Ibis brand hotels before or after a flight. This hotel is within about 1km from the domestic terminal and the free transfer bus arrives every 15 minutes to take riders to the international and secondary domestic terminals. Great staff at this hotel, and each room comes with blackout curtains which helps before or after a long flight!"
"We stayed at Mantra because it's about a 15-min easy walk to T3 at the airport, and safe even at 5am (at least there happened to be other walkers with us, so we felt fine). The room was definitely sparse, no frills, but we got there at 9pm and were leaving at 5am. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and nice, but the bartender older woman with short hair was very unfriendly when we asked for our water bottle to be refilled. The front desk guy had indicated that was where water bottles were refilled, so maybe there was a miscommunication, but she refused and then fumed about it to other coworkers."
"Holiday In Sydney Airport gave us a great experience where we made a reservation during the day that day but the officer on duty that night treated us kindly and was very helpful. The hotel also provides a vehicle to the airport with a reasonable cost offer.
The hotel is very clean and quite spacious for us and a child. very worth it."
"Excellent stay — we’ll definitely return!
We had a very good experience and will gladly come back the next time we’re in Sydney. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with plenty of reasonably priced eateries nearby. The staff provided outstanding service — they were friendly, helpful, and responded promptly to all our needs."
"The room is very clean and big, and it’s just on the opposite side of the international terminal. It was super convenient!!! The staff also very nice to me, since I don’t want to have the corner room, they offered me another room! Thanks a lot! And the wifi was so good, I managed to do some work before my flight."

MMei Shan一晚住宿,算不错。when I was I checking the room I found a sock on the floor dear by the window. I called the front desk to pick it up, then and the one came my room and took it up when she was finding it, she said unbelievable.

MMini01I booked the room with a bath tab however there wasn't. I spoke with the reception and I was told that it was a mistake on the trp.com side because this room has no bath tub. However they generously changed the better room with a bath tub. Very appreciated.
I was disappointed about the sauna, it was out of order.
The service wasn't great for breakfast at the restaurant. One waiting staff wasn't friendly, no greeting and no smile.
Overall I and kids enjoyed staying there.

SSunday’sLoved this hotel for a short stay overnight ! Airport shuttle (complimentary) to and from.. great stuff. Very warm and welcoming! Had a quick dinner and wine - fabulous and great vibe in the lobby and bar.
Everything worked well. Only feedback is had not multi socket plugs (I forgot to bring with me) so could only charge with USB in the room.

KKazzy travelerThe staff were exceptional and helped to ease the pain of a 7 hour Vietjet flight delay. We slept very well . The 4th floor room we had was very quiet with only very rare, muted aircraft noise coming through the double glazed window and no traffic noise. The doors also have seals so there was very little hallway noise. The block out curtains also worked perfectly. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would easily stay again.

JJosephThe room was comfortable but quite dirty. There was a nail on the side and hairs in multiple places. There were a few small flies in the bathroom too.
We dropped our luggage off in the morning prior to check-in later that day, when we came back to the hotel our bags were still outside the reception unsupervised. Luckily all of our valuables were still in the bag but we were concerned about the security of our luggage left out especially when there is a locked luggage room around the corner.
The bed was comfortable but the towels weren’t very nice.

XXUEGenerously sized king room, plenty of storage and free space, so we never felt cramped.
Bathtub. Not many hotels I've stayed in bother with the bathtub, but I happened to have my Epsom salts in my luggage, so it was a really nice addition to the room.
You really can't hear the planes much, even when they're right above the hotel. I also didn't find other guest noises very bothersome, you could hear some doors closing sometimes, but overall it was a very quiet stay.
Can't fault the reception staff, they were always polite and tried to be helpful.

GGuest UserDifficult to find reception, limited parking at $40 per night, no disabled parking located. Very handy location within walking distance to airport, krispy creme, mcds & kentucky fried next door.
