"I booked this hotel so that I could relax after travelling ”around the world” and arriving form Hawaii and to try to avoid jet lag.
The hotel was the best we had stayed in over the 4 weeks while travelling overseas. It was a welcome sight to see the spacious room and bath tub to be able to relax in and enjoy while close to the airport for our homeward flight the next day. Breakfast was awesome, and to not have to worry about calling a taxi was great too as they have a shuttle for a small charge to take you to the airport which was 10 minutes away."
"Loved this hotel for a short stay overnight ! Airport shuttle (complimentary) to and from.. great stuff. Very warm and welcoming! Had a quick dinner and wine - fabulous and great vibe in the lobby and bar.
Everything worked well. Only feedback is had not multi socket plugs (I forgot to bring with me) so could only charge with USB in the room."
"The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. Its proximity to the domestic airport, just a 10-minute walk away, makes it ideal for early morning/late night flights or layovers. Public transport is excellent, with bus and subway stations conveniently located nearby. I would definitely stay here again."
"The location of the hotel is very convenient.
There was a false fire alarm incident while I was living on the first floor of the hotel. When i went out of the room, I found it not easy to find the original exit as the black door was closed by someone. i would think the floor plan of the first floor is rather not straight forward."
"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the T2/T3 domestic terminals; simply follow the hotel signs to reach it. Mascot station is also within easy walking distance. If you're heading into the city after checking in, walking to Mascot station to catch the train can save you approximately 20 AUD per person (by avoiding the airport surcharge). While the rooms aren't huge, you get a view of the airport runway from the window, allowing you to enjoy watching planes take off and land. It's an excellent choice for a transit hotel. Plus, there's a KFC and McDonald's conveniently located downstairs."
"The room was quite spacious, though being near the airport meant it was a bit noisy. The front desk staff were quite unhelpful; when I inquired about a universal adapter, they told me I'd have to purchase one myself and didn't even have a spare charging cable. The room didn't come with an adapter, and the charging outlets were only old-style USB-A ports, which was quite inconvenient. On the bright side, the hotel provided toiletries, earplugs, and slippers – amenities rarely found in Sydney. Overall, everything except for the service exceeded my expectations."
"One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home.
Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle.
We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window.
Overall a very cozy stay."
"We stayed at Mantra because it's about a 15-min easy walk to T3 at the airport, and safe even at 5am (at least there happened to be other walkers with us, so we felt fine). The room was definitely sparse, no frills, but we got there at 9pm and were leaving at 5am. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and nice, but the bartender older woman with short hair was very unfriendly when we asked for our water bottle to be refilled. The front desk guy had indicated that was where water bottles were refilled, so maybe there was a miscommunication, but she refused and then fumed about it to other coworkers."
"My friend and I flew from Perth and me from NZ to watch our friends show @ Hayes Theatre and stayed for 2 nights. We loved the location as it was close to the airport and the room was perfect and lovely.
Great having a restaurant in the hotel made it so easy because after travelling I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Pity the weather was miserable but it didn’t stop us from going to see 3 attractions.
I will definitely stay here again next time."
"Simple and comfortable, exactly what we needed. Ibis is so reliable, you always know what you are going to get. Perfect for what we needed, close to the airport."

Eemmylam50Love the location of the hotel, very close to the airport, may be the closest among the hotels I stayed in the past. It has much better room, a real hotel room with a comfortable chair and foot rest. However, the shower glass divider is much too short so water got splashed outside the glass onto the bathroom floor which is around the basin. Had to clean up after the shower! Other than this, it is a clean room and I was happy to have picked it!

GGuest UserExcellent value for money. They provide an airport shuttle service at $15 per person, which is ideal for solo travelers or anyone with a lot of baggage. For larger groups, Uber is a convenient alternative. There's a gym, but I didn't really use it – I had the whole place to myself!

TTerrance XuLocation: Close to the airport, 14mins walk from the domestic flight terminal
PiPick-up and drop-off service: Yes, but it costs AUD 12 per trip and needs to be booked in advance.
Amenities: No toothbrush and slippers, But there is a small bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator, I don't know if it is charged, and I haven't used it.
Room: The sheets are clean, the pillowcases are clean, and there is no smell. The bed was high off the ground, so I slept better (even though I only slept for almost 4 hours).
Food: There is no breakfast available. There is a vending machine on the 1st floor. There is an old coffee shop across from the Holiday Inn(opposite quest), which is open from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

SSHAOZHOUThe location is not bad, very close to the airport, but the road is built in front of the door, so it is still inconvenient. Hotel facilities, appliances are too old

SSilvino The room was quaint, but everything about this hotel was decent. The bathroom was big enough, very clean, and has top-of-the-line sundries. It was very conveniently located just below the departures hall. Because of its size, there’s really not much to expect, but the cleanliness and service are superb. I did have one concerning experience when my room suddenly was filled with the smell of suffocating engine fumes, and I was woken up in the middle of the night. I have written a letter about it; I am waiting for the hotel’s response.
