We had an amazing experience at this hotel before flying out for our wedding. My fiancé’s family is from the US, and I had been showing them around Sydney, however due to the limited time we had one night stay in the Blue Mountains before returning to stay with the hotel.
The FO manager allowed us to store our large luggage at the hotel because we had not the car space for the luggage going up to the mountains. The service attendants were, kind, prompt and considerate.
The design of the interior of the hotel is very different for a Pullman, and when we went up to our room we had a handmade card from the reception staff wishing us well for our big day! They accompanied this lovely gesture with macaroons and a room upgrade.
Being stressed about this part of our itinerary, I had a lot of communication with the staff and they were very helpful, always offering thorough and convenient suggestions.
