The bed sheet is too dirty as we check in.
No disposable slipper
No tooth brush and tooth paste
If U want shower, the washroom door will be opened

Hotel is good cleaned and good service. We had lounge access only the canapés served were not great. Generous with drinks and hope the hotel look into to improve the canapés. Nevertheless I would still recommend the hotel.

I received an upgrade for complimentary breakfast for my 15-day stay. The facilities seem clean overall, except a cockroach flew into my room through the door, and I couldn't catch it. The breakfast buffet was average, but one day the soy milk had gone bad. There is no housekeeping at night, and no one answered the phone at reception. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport (make sure to find bus bay 12 at the airport). Walking distance to bus, train and town centre.
