Very modern hotel, very good location and a very secure place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Our room was always comfy which catered very well also for the needs of our two young kids. Exceptional Breakfast. All the workers in general are all friendly, kind, helpful and supportive - especially *Maria* who tries to go out of her way to ensure that all the guests are happy at all times during the breakfast. She also gives a proper handover to her colleagues to ensure smooth running even when she is away. Outstanding service xxx Last but not least, the owners of this hotel are fabulous, friendly and always ready to help too - fabulous xxx GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE. Family of three stayed four nights in October. Staff and breakfast couldn’t have been lovelier. Our room was a triple with a single bed for our son and perfect for us. The room walls are quite thin. It was not a problem for us but may be for light sleepers. Weather was warm enough for us to use the pool and we mostly had it to ourselves! Great location for reaching Mt. Etna. You really do need a car to stay here. Supermarkets and restaurants are not within SAFE walking distance. The busy road does not allow for safe walking to the town centre unless maybe during the daytime but certainly not with a young child. This was not an issue for us as we had a car, but worth noting for others. Giordana at reception was so very helpful with reservations and recommendations. We very much appreciated the breakfast staff and the lovely goodbye Amaro to take home with us.

We recently stayed at this charming B&B near Mount Etna in Sicily. The location was perfect for exploring the volcano, and the picturesque surroundings made for a delightful stay. The highlight was definitely the inviting pool, offering relaxation after a day of sightseeing. However, there were a few downsides to consider. Our room, meant for three people, felt quite cramped with luggage, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, not quite meeting our expectations. Communication in English was a bit challenging, making it hard to get certain information. Unfortunately there were no English speaking TV channels, which would have been nice for winding down in the evenings. Lastly we were not able to enjoy the outdoor spaces due the mosquitoes.

Very nice and spacious room, comfortable bed, TV Stations and well stocked bar. Spacious and warm bathroom and powerful shower head. Breakfast, fresh cooked options to order, and cold fruit, cereals, cold cuts. Cappucino & Espresso, fresh water and juices. Great service by the breakfast attendant and Giordana at reception.

This is a beautiful property, lovely garden and pool, very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms are immaculate, tasteful decorated and comfortable. However, without a car this is not the place to stay. The main road has traffic all night. Our first room was quiet, a lovely patio and so comfortable. Sadly, we had to move to another room, we were not notified by the tour company but were informed in the morning. The second room was so noisy, neither of us slept all night. The host Giordana is so lovely and accommodating, she even rescued us from the grocery store when we realized there are no taxis in Nicolosi. Thank you again. If you have a car, stay here, you will be delighted as long as you do not get the room on the front of the property. This is the only reason I gave it 3 stars, otherwise it would be 5.

We chose this place as a basis for visiting Etna from its Southern side - and it was a good fit. On top of that - the place is exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. The service is very friendly, both pre-arrival and during the stay. There's not too much to do in the walking distance, and this was probably the only drawback for us.
