My SpiderWick Garden It was today 1st of May 2024 ....I made a solo trip from work to Masaka town all in forces to just go for a swim at the Banda lodge the pool is super clean and private ....the staff are so polite....the ambience is so green and clean....they have cottages too similar to a LOTR kind of thing ...you would love it if you like nature .....and it's really safe ....they are so..cleannn.... Well I think I just love the place ....I intend on visiting again ....😍😍😍 When you go up the restaurant section it has a view of masaka town its really amazing.. Thank you for the great reception again

The staff at Banda are amazing. Nothing is a problem. The accommodation is great and the chefs Ian and Dennis provide sumptuous food. Carsten is a crack up. There is a great vibe and I met people from all over the world. Many were regulars. Thanks to Anita and all of the staff.

On an overland trip through Uganda or family of five came across this gem. Most rooms were booked but luckily they had room for us in their more basic rooms; a room with bunk beds and double both with shared bathrooms. Both rooms were clean and comfortable and the shared showers and toilets were clean too. The restaurant has a lovely view and good food. Breakfast was good. The pool was lovely. Staff were friendly, and the owner was very nice. We highly recommend this place!

The rooms are extremely nice, especially if you get the family room with the kitchen. The only problem is the power. The hotel should invest in a generator. There was no power for most of the night. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 10 am. When we arrived at 9 am, there was no food left. They only prepared extra pancakes, which may have been because the power was out. All of the amenities we expected (cable TV, free breakfast, etc) were not available. Although it was not the hotel's fault, it is in front of a loud speaker in which there is loud music in the early mornings.

Toujours le même problème avec la reception. Nous sommes venus pour le travail pour 5nuits, nous avons eu un problème qui nous retenu sur une autre ville et le gérant nous a imposé de payer 5nuits au lieu des 4 effectuées alors que l hôtel est à moitié vide. Faites très attention au moment de payer. Ne réservez jamais à l avance dans cet établissement. C'est dommage parce que l hôtel était vraiment très agréable et les autres membres du personnel aussi....

Derriere la jolie façade, se cache des gens malhonnêtes qui ne veulent que de l'argent. - l'accueil n'est pas sympathique. - l'hôtel est souvent vide et il faut alors commander ce que lon veut manger 10h l'avance..y compris le petit dèjeuner. - le service est insuffisant : le personnel oublie les choses ou n'est pas présent.....on doit alors faire comme la maison et se servir. - des chambres n'ont pas d'eau chaude au lavabo. - il faut une lampe frontale pour se lever la nuit. Pas de lampe ou d'interrupteur à côté du lit. - le week end c'est bruyant avec la musique et les basses qui empèchent de dormir. - attention ne réservez pas, il vous feront payer toute nuit non consommée,sous prétexte qu'ils auraient pu louer à d'autres clients...sauf que l'hôtel est vide....
