I will always stay in this hotel whenever travelling to Johore Bahru. The room rate is quite economical and no changes for the past few years. The room facility has improved even the room rate remain unchanged. i have discovered that the hotel room already been put a refrigerator and the bathroom also has a glass to segregate the shower area when I stay there recently. As for hotel exterior, they have installed a mini fountain to beautify the area. Overall, satisfy to stay at this hotel.

I am a little shock, didn't expect this hotel over outstanding room size. huge lobby and spacious room with simple facilities but fair price, very clean and very comfortable bed with super nice pillow make sure you sleep well. The room also very quite with nice lighting, quite bright. simple shower room. don't be surprise with the hot corridor when walking to the room, but once you are inside should be fine a lots of restaurants of local foods and western, and few nights life and safe area we walk to Renaissance Hotel at 11PM and found one sea food restaurant for enjoy ours Saturday night. This is a really nice hotel a distance away from JB Town, it's around a 20 to 30min drive depending on traffic. The room was nice and clean, the aircon was cold the no issue with the hot water. I stayed in the deluxe room which had a nice deep bathtub. a big issue is that the bathtub also served as the shower area, hence the floor was pretty wet. The bed was ok, the pillows felt old, but the bed was comfortable. lightings were good, and the room was bright enough at night, but the curtains didn't keep all of the lights out during the day. Bottle water was given in the room, plus there is a water filter at the lobby and in the breakfast area. the main issue with the stay was the Wi-Fi, it needed a long time and a few tries before it connected, and once it connected, it will last for around an hour before it gets disconnected (most likely an issue with the IP lease time, and the DHCP server not being able to cope with the amount of request), the internet does work and speed is fine, but it is unreliable, especially if you plan to work in the hotel. Location-wise, Food, and groceries are also really easy to procure, with multiple options just a stone's throw away, and even more choices down the road, there is a Today shopping center with a supermarket, a dollar store, and a DIY store, along with hairdressers, mobile phone and a simple cinema. The is a Lotus Hypermarket which is a little further if you can't find what you need there. Since it's out of town, there really isn't a huge shopping center, there is a mydin, kipmall and aeon not too far away. Breakfast was average, the food wasn't that fresh since we only got to it around 9 am. Some items that were finished were not replenished. The lack of black tea (you might want to bring the tea bag from the room) was also quiet, but I think this is due to the Muslim fasting period. Since it was included for us, we just ate, I wouldn't have bothered otherwise, there are too many better options around.

This is my third stay here in 3 months. Strategically located for all travellers' needs (restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, ATMs, petrol stations, etc). All amenities are within walking distance. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, parking ample and safe. I purposely choose a hotel away from JB city center to avoid traffic congestion and parking issues. But JB is still near (less than 20 minutes away) if I needed to visit. But if you wish to stay here, choose room with a window. You pay slightly more but not by much.
