Location is good but the cleanliness is poor.

This is the first stay for this hotel and I can said is excepting many aspect, will be back again

the location is very good, it is perfect if you going to site at pasir gudang.

Boutique hotel at Permas Jaya town, overall was good. Reasonable price still for business trip. Easy to find food

Convenient place, have a lot food store and massage store nearby. Just walking distance can eat Lok Lok.

room is not ready at 3pm. asked us to wait for 40mins.

Room was smelly due to previous tenant smoking. But they do help to midst the room in order to get rid. In fact, it still irritating to have midst smell too

At the middle of Permas Jaya. Easy to access nearest shop, Aeon Tebrau, restaurant and dobi. 5min to Midvalley Southkey and 10min drive to Johor Bahru town depends on traffic. Just opposite with McD. Suprisely the cleanliness at this hotel is good. Only soundprofing is not so good. Overall great budget hotel availble in JB.

The lousiest hotel i ever stayed. There is water outage during my stay and the hotel refused refund. 

There are plenty of hotel at the surrounding than this. Highly Not recommended for stay.

Hope that the hotel can provide own parking space

I am a little shock, didn't expect this hotel over outstanding room size. huge lobby and spacious room with simple facilities but fair price, very clean and very comfortable bed with super nice pillow make sure you sleep well. The room also very quite with nice lighting, quite bright. simple shower room.    don't be surprise with the hot corridor when walking to the room, but once you are inside should be fine    a lots of restaurants of local foods and western, and few nights life and safe area  we walk to Renaissance Hotel at 11PM and found one sea food restaurant for enjoy ours Saturday night. The hotel is in a good location and provides value for money and reasonably spacious rooms. However there were very many small issues that made this not a pleasant stay. Firstly, there appear to be two different sizes of standard room - ”tatami” and not tatami. The tatami rooms have everything on the floor -- including the bed and desk, so the bed is quite hard and difficult to sleep on, while working at the desk while sitting on the floor is next to impossible. The non tatami rooms have no desk at all, so doing any work requires standing up. The main issue is that there is no or very little hot water in any of the rooms, so cold showers. I asked reception about this issue and they were unable to find anyone to explain it to me in English but finally (after some hours waiting) someone came from housekeeping and explained that Johor Bahru is a very cold place (yeah right in the tropics) and so the water can't be heated, which is clearly nonsense. Slow service generally speaking with the front desk staff more interested in playing with their phones than actually assisting visitors. I'll look elsewhere next time.

No complaints for the price you’re paying Got a suite room apparently it’s the only suite room  But there isn’t any living room hahaha So much for a suite room  But for the price you’re paying really no complaint  Nice decent balcony, making smoking really confident , location was alright  Really good massage places and food places nearby. Most importantly the room and toilets is clean bed is alright.
