Very impressed with our stay especially with the price! Comfortable bed , nice roomy sink and big mirror . The fridge works soo good !! It didn’t smell like smoke and we got a smoking room. The king smoking room was very roomy and clean !! And the loony is pretty cool breakfast from 6am -9:30

Greeted by a friendly staff that made us feel welcome. Room was in the back building and it was newly renovated, but we struggled getting our luggage through 5 doors before we got to our room. We figured that was due to extra security measures when they closed in all the outside entrances, and adjoining building entrances. Breakfast was excellent, everything was acceptably clean.

As Hilton Honors members, we have stayed at this hotel for many times over the years while visiting our son and his family. That was until our most recent visit where we experienced a situation of substandard service. The details of the incident are now irrelevant, what is most notable is the follow up that the Assistant Manager Roma provided. Unlike most having to listen a complaint, she was clearly attentive and concerned, recognizing how inappropriate the situation was and providing us with the confidence that she would address it. She even made a follow up call to again apologize for the negative experience. Our thanks to Roma for going above and beyond!!
