This is a Hotel with great staff.
The rooms are a DISASTER.
The lighting is so bad I could not work in the evening. The rooms only have a fixed light above the beds.
It is not possible to light the room.
The rooms need a total rethink.
They are too dark.

Great hotel, however, on the second night at around 930pm the door opened and some new guests entered my room. They had been assigned the same room, given a key and even opened the door. When I discussed this with the morning person, they assured me it was a mistake on their end, in the system and it showed that I never checked in and the room was empty. They then told me I wouldn’t be charged for the room and would be comp’d the last night of my stay. I booked through trip.com and it is prepaid to the hotel. So they can’t comp my stay as she said. I was still charged for the room. Not staying here again

Love staying here, close to Tulalip and they have a free shuttle to the ******. Not quite as fancy but for a fraction of the cost totally worth it and free breakfast! The staff were nice, the breakfast was a decent amount of options for grab and go. Check out was easy. Only thing that would have been better is a noon checkout instead of 11AM
