Very kind and helpful front desk staff. My room was clean and my mattress comfortable!

Nice lobby and location. Rooms have balconies and patios. Rooms are from the 80s and are dingy. Breakfast is all carbs, bagel, muffin, waffle etc. A place to sleep.

First of all the room said 538 but it was on the bottom floor. Second, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Third and final, I paid $20.00 for a late check out and at 11:15 am We got a knock on the door room service. Now any other company would have refunded my money since we didn’t get to sleep in. I knew w would be late getting back from the graduation party so that is why I ask for the late check out. Sorry to say I won’t be using them again.

Nothing like the pictures. Had to clean my room when I first arrive. Windows and mirrors were black. Room was musty and damp. The outside of the building had missing stucco and rotting wood underneath. Doors to the outside were propped open and people hanging out in the stair wells.

Worst place I’ve stayed at in years! Rundown, dirty, terrible bathroom, carpets ripped, TV didn’t work, smelled. I can’t believe you would let people stay here.

Very disappointed The hotel was run down and dirty. Wall paper was coming off in the bathroom dresser didnt have drawers recliner had holes in it bathroom shower tile missing. I checked in and checked out in 10 minutes.
