Beautiful location by the water. This hotel must have been great when it was just built. Now, rooms in particular feel neglected. Great potential with a good lay-out, spacious rooms and a beautiful garden, but could definitely use a renovation.

Small stone in dry manchurian ordered in room
Even in evening ordered burnt garlic fried rice and again met small stone in rice

Resort is very good. Location, food and Hospitality is perfect. Facility for Babies like - pool and children play area is also there. Resort provide free of cost baby food in its Restaurant. Over all experience was good.

The rooms are quiet and not very well tended to. For the price, this place is a serious let down. There was water leakage near the room entrance. They fixed it but this happened the night before our check out date. It took a good 30-40 minutes to fix the water leakage and cleaning up the room which really ate into our sleeping hours. Plus, the check out timing is 10:30 am which is a tad bit early in my opinion. The service is pretty slow as well. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend this resort for a stay.

The staff is rude and there are lots of mosquitoes in rooms especially the ones which are on the ground floor. Valet parking people were very rude when we asked them to get car from parking twice during our stay. Overall it is very highly priced for the kind of services and rooms they provide. Rooms are also bit old and not very well maintained. Manager also doesn’t care for the problems you face. Staff seems to be not motivated.
