The location is OK, near Augusta town, Target is within 10 minutes drive, and there are restaurants nearby
The hotel parking lot is sufficient, but it is not as good as the introduction. Those who drive electric cars still need to go out to charge. There are several fast charging stations within 10 minutes of driving
The front desk service is average, there are random charges, and the lobby manager Joe is a bit strange. Although it is Lotte, the service is very average

Easy check in. The breakfast was a great addition. I needed a later checkout and I was accommodated with no issue. I’ll surely be staying here whenever I’m in town.

This location has been the pick of choice when we go in town to visit our daughter at college. The area is quietly located near the interstate. Thw hotel is clean and always welcoming during check in.

The property was very clean . The only issues that I had were children running in the hallway Saturday night. Housekeeping did bring any towels when asked multiple times. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never any issues .

Wonderful staff and clean and convenient place to stay. If you are traveling with a boat that will need charged they do not have any outdoor charging. Breakfast was decent but no flavor to most items. Even the orange juice was watered down. The food you can purchase is good for lunch and dinner. Mattresses were okay but not great. Staff really made the difference for this hotel. Very friendly, helpful and seems to be a great team of people.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a while. What drew me to this hotel was the fact that they were pet friendly. Their pet fee is a bit pricey but they make up for it in having an affordable room cost. The room was beautiful and huge (we got a suite). My favorite part was the view of the skyline. The hotel is situated on top of a huge hill and you get a beautiful view of the skyline. Me and my Bella Girl watched the sunrise before our check out and it was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and was complimentary. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
