I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ...
But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true.
Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant.

Room really ok.
Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is

Wonderful hotel to go to the NEC and it's right outside so no need to pay for NEC parking when you can stay at the hotel car park and walk an extra 100metres to the NEC. The beds were comfy enough to get a good night's rest and the food is the best I've had in Birmingham ever (especially the juice) Shower was a bit 50/50 but it worked.

Lovely rooms very clean and warm, cleaners are fantastic thankyou!, all staff were amazing, nice and close to the airport super easy to get a taxi just use the phone provided, thankyou to Gigi and Diane they were super helpfull will stay again!

Stayed prior to an early morning flight using the stay and park offer. Hotel was fine and easy to locate. We’d booked an evening meal and I’d advise this as it was busy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was perfect for us as the family rooms are great and we all had a good nights sleep.

I generally always use this hotel when exhibiting at the NEC. The staff are fantastic and it is very conveniently located and reasonably priced. After a very busy day it's great place to relax with the team and socialise without having to go too far!

We stayed for the Motorhome exhibition and had planned to have a drink and then go to a restaurant elsewhere we had pre booked that evening. From the moment we walked in we were met with smiles and warmth from Jen and her team. They were brilliant! They looked after us getting the sport on the TV and making sure we were comfortable and happy. They gathered it was my birthday and spoilt me rotten! We ended up cancelling the restaurant and eating at the Prem Inn instead - food was great! Service outstanding! Thanks all for making us feel so welcome!
