Great hotel location for the BP Pulse arena and tesort world as next door to them. Parking is available for a fee ( it was £10 for 24hrs when we stayed)

Very well located hotel close to various amenities such as shops, restaurants and a cinema. Also close to transport routes. Enjoyed dinner and decent selection at breakfast.

Service was as always very good. Room was ridiculously hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off unless we turned all the power off including the lights.
They brought us a fan though and we couldn’t have expected more as it was very late at night by the time we got back to the room

Very satisfactory hotel. Located in the suburbs of Birmingham, the price is good during the period when there is no exhibition. It is next to the outlet mall, which is very convenient for dinner. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good.
