Location is excellent surrounded by trees and away from crowded and noisy areas. The receptionist was very professional and helpful regarding a mistake in my booking as my booking app didn't convey the complete details of my booking. They didn't have any idea that I have a 12 year old child added to my booking and also didn't get the information that I needed 2 adjacent rooms, but they managed to sort it out. Breakfast was great. There was no fridge in the room despite saying there was one during booking, but I didn't need it, so I ignored it. The worst part was the pool staff. They were rude and irogant. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again if we visit Birmingham again.

It was a good stay, the rooms were clean and serviced daily. Location is very close to the NEC which is great, maybe a 5 minute walk away, a bit more if you need to get to hall 20 or something. However, my biggest issue was the room was always freezing. The AC in our room was always set to 16C and couldn't be increased. I called the reception desk who sent a mechanic with a portable heater which was broken. If you need a place to sleep, this will do.
