We had to change rooms due to a faulty heater but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The carpet was stained but otherwise the room was satisfactorily clean. The staff was polite. Room was fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable. We opted to go out for breakfast so cannot comment on the continental breakfast.

Cockroaches!
Pool and Hot tub were nice, unfortunately there were three cockroaches in our room. They came out in the morning when we were leaving! One in the shower and two running across the floor. Luckily we were leaving. When we told the front desk they didn’t seem to care that much.

Great hotel stay
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was great both times. My only issue was when I booked I ask for a handicap room and this room was not a handicap room. There was no way I could get in or out of the bathtub. The rest of the room was great though plenty of room for my wheelchair. The pillows were fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel

Upgraded us free of charge to a king suite. Comforter was stained and ripped. Towels were stained. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb. Hallway walls were cracked and carpet had massive stains.

Couldn’t get Wi-Fi. Their answer was to call corporate. The room was dirty, stained bed, spread torn window shares big tear on the window screen floor stained and slightly damp room was humid. Requested a handicap room. I said they didn’t have any after I was told, I got one. Not a very good stay at all.
