Right opposite to the train station, superb location. Might not be too good if you wanna explore the more city center of it - yet you have a direct train connecting to the old port in under 5 mins if you want to. Neat and clean, despite might look a bit aged inside and the bathroom would spill over some water, it is exceptionally good given the price and location. Standard breakfast, but good enough for the day!

Everything is perfect, godseongbi is awesome It's nice because you can keep drinking coffee, tea, water, and other drinks for free. The staff are all friendly. The location is close to the station and the port, and it's a safe area, so it's good.

The location is excellent, for example, it is similar to the Peace Hotel on the Bund, Nanjing East Road. The classical nostalgic, elegant and comfortable decoration style makes people feel warm and comfortable, and most of the fatigue of the day is eliminated. The breakfast is good, and the view is the most amazing (Figure 1 Breakfast view). Looking at the relaxed pedestrians outside the window, forget the passage of time. The staff is warm and thoughtful.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Oper von Marseille ein paar Minuten vom Alten Hafen entfernt. Es ist dort sehr ruhig, jedoch sehr zentral. Das günstigste Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch für mich komplett ausreichend. Es hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber einen gut funktionierenden Standventilator. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank . Wer ein wenig voluminöser ist, dem kann ich dieses Zimmer aufgrund des sehr kleinen Bades nicht empfehlen. Er würde es nicht schaffen, sich aufgrund der Enge auf die Toilette setzen zu können. Für schlanke Personen ist es kein Problem. Die Familie, die das Hotel bewirtschaftet ist sehr netten zuvorkommend.

I liked the location of the hotel, although the hotel is located practically at the train station, there was no noise. It is convenient to explore neighboring towns being 3 minutes walk from the railway tracks. Within walking distance are the Longchamp Palace with free museums and the city center. Cleaning was daily, the room is a bit small, I missed a kettle and at least a small refrigerator. Soundproofing is good, we did not hear the neighbors, the people working at the reception are responsive, thank you for the hospitality.

We chose the location because it is close to train station.  The hotel definitely serves the purpose.  Room is clean.  Staffs are friendly and helpful.  The breakfast is good and worth it’s value.

Environment: Located next to the old port, I was fortunate to live in a sea view room, a real sea view room! On the back is the lively community of locals, and the environment is very satisfactory. In addition, next to the M1 subway station, not far from the train station, convenient for travel. Hygiene: very good. All kinds of sanitary products are relatively complete, but you need to pay attention to no disposable toilet pad. The soap and skin care lotion provided by the hotel are L'Occitane, which is great! Service: Especially good, the aunt can accurately get our daily necessities placed intentions, will not move things, will help us clean up more organized! Facilities: The room type design has a small entrance, which is suitable for the suitcase, but the bathroom is located on both sides of the house, which is slightly inconvenient. The fly in the ointment is that the bed is a little short. In addition, the guests who lived next to the last day were a bit noisy when opening and closing the door.

The room is on the pedestrian street, five minutes away from the front desk. You don't need to go to the front desk when you check out. Just put the room card on the big table. It's very user-friendly! The room is large and has a terrace where you can make tea, coffee and breakfast. WiFi is very convenient. The tableware and kitchenware are complete. It is suitable for long-term stays. The bedding is very clean and someone cleans it every day. The only thing is that the TV can't be turned on and can't be watched, but we don't care whether we watch it or not. There are restaurants and bars around, so it's very convenient to eat. The furniture and soft furnishings are very tasteful!

Hotel has nice decorated hall, bar and private parking. Staff at the reception was polite and often did their best answering our requests, but sometimes they were more eager to explain us all the rules and cared not much. Bar closed around 10 pm. It was not a restaurant, most of the dishes from menu were absent and there were not much to eat at all. There were no bathrobe and slippers which is pretty not standard for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not good. Everyday was one sort of ham, sausages and scrambled eggs, croissants and yogurt with fruits. It always ended at 10. Not even longer on weekend. Staff at the breakfast was so arrogant. I felt superfluous. Cleaning was okey, but very chaotic, they always forgot black tea or towel or paper or etc. Always pushing reading lights into pillows - this is crazy. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom, tea facilities were convenient. Nice pictures of Marseilles, nice colors of the furniture. A/c was good, but not the coldest, though we were in the hot period where it was 40 outside. Windows are not big, no balconies, so it is a little bit gloomy. Shower and wc worked good. There was grocery shop just around the corner and shopping mall. Hotel has strange location though everything seems close on the map, in fact we never walked even to the Old Port, because for us it was too much walking. But it was convenient to use a car with private parking. This made our trip really good.
